Refund policy

At Seven LED, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be confident when ordering from us.

Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been installed or used
• Custom orders or items supplied on special bulk terms
• Clearance or final sale products

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our warranty terms.

How to Start a Return

1. Email sales@sevenled.co.uk with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
2. We will confirm the return address and provide instructions.
3. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
