Why DALI + UGR matters for projects
DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) enables individual addressing, grouping and smooth 0–100% dimming. Pairing DALI with Helios UGR<19 low-glare panels delivers visual comfort and building-wide control — ideal for offices, schools and public buildings.

The terminals you’ll use
- L / N — 220–240 V mains input.
- DA / DA — DALI control bus (polarity-free) from the DALI master/controller.
- SEC +/− — constant-current output to the LED panel (set driver current via DIP: 300/350/500/600 mA).
Wiring steps
- Isolate power.
- Set the driver current via DIP (e.g., 500 mA) to match the Helios panel.
- Connect L and N mains to the driver input.
- Connect the DALI bus from your DALI master to DA / DA (polarity-free).
- Wire SEC +/− to the Helios UGR panel.
- Repeat for additional panels; each driver sits in parallel on the same DALI loop (see diagram).
- Re-energise and commission via the DALI master (address, group, test 0–100% dimming; verify tunable-white if used).

Installer tips
- Keep mains and control wiring segregated; follow local regulations.
- The driver supports push-dim as a fallback where no DALI system exists.
